Sandbag+Krav practice with Scott. After each sandbag superset we done one minute of combatives each for a total of 6 rounds each.

Round Kick
Front Kick
Windmill/Shouldering 2x10
Shove-L-R-knee
Forward knee-L-R
Finshed with 50 gun from front redirect and controls each.
