Crappy day WOD

One of those days. Growth is in the discomfort as RH says. Anyway,,

5 Rounds of the doublet

Double 16kg 3 reps of the following progression
pushups..swings..clean and press..snatch..squat

24kg 3 clean and press (each arm) then 3 snatches (each arm)
