--In between each shoulder press set, I did 20 kicks...front, side, back, spinning back, combos

Squats 3x5 100#
Double kb military press 16kg & 20kg 8x5 (alternating the heavy side)
**I did two rounds of squats because I have been watching some of Rippetoe's technique on the squats. Baby weight, but no pain in knees-and at least the beginning of some correct lifts. Ordered Starting Strength last week.
