Three rounds of four doublets using new suspension trainer

10 Knees in-Pike-Left-Right..... KB swings
10 Handstand push ups...... . Double KB presses
10 Backward lunges........ . Double KB squats
10 Ground touch twists..... Low bar rows
After first round moved all the TRX down to 5 reps-underestimated the hellishness of the whole thing.
