15s/15s----15 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest
TGU---Turkish Get Up
MP---Military press (pressing without the clean)
16kg-----whatever kilogram
WOD---workout of the day
10x5---ten sets of five reps
2 Ladders 3 rungs---do something 1 rep then 2 reps then 3 reps. Do it twice
AMRAP--as many rounds as possible
ETK---Enter the kettlebell book
PM---Program Minimum protocol out of ETK
ROP---Rite of passage protocol out of ETK
ROM---Range of motion
