50 rounds with a 5 cadence
Pros-Up snatch looking good, got to remember to keep shoulder seated
50 rounds not tooo bad cardio-but form failing last 10
Cons-Losing hip snap in the 30s.
The drop technique sucking-need to work with RKC Sam, Scott, or Susie to clean this up
Note-always do snatches with rack drop cause of rotator cuff problems. Felt good lately AND have been on steroids because of cold, so I thought "go for it". Went OK but started feeling it last 10. Ice it and see results tomorrow.
