Pad knees
Gun Defenses
R band Front Kicks
Called pad Kicks
Knife Defense
Sit Ups
Stick Defense
R Band Push Press
Burpees
Fight from Mount while totally exhausted.

OMG was this a puker!! Weapon Defense and ability can suffer under stress and fatigue. Need to do gun d more frequently
